Q4: Can I have a sample before mass production?

A: If you want sample bag before mass production, there will be sample charge.

Q5: If we find the bag is in bad print, how to do?

A: We will send you print photos before we go mass production. And if there is print issue, we will take it out in our quality check. If we didn’t find the problem, the bad print bags is shipping out, we will return the payment for the bad bags.

Q6: Is PET/PE material ok for liquid packaging?

A: It may have leaking problem, we don’t suggest to use 2 layer material to make spout pouch.
